What are membership renewal reminders?
Membership renewal reminders are emails embolt.app sent to your members when their existing registration is about to lapse on your club.
These emails contains a notice of their remaining days left, and a link for that member to follow and renew their membership for your club.
Who receives these reminders?
Renewal reminder emails will be sent when a member has:
7 days left in their membership
0 days left in their membership
These reminder emails will be sent around ~7:00am PST daily to the email address that your member used to register with your club.
How do I setup reminders for my members?
No setup required! embolt.app will automatically manage renewal reminders for your members and nudge them to renew with your club.
Can my members opt-out of reminders?
Yes! At the bottom of each email we provide an unsubscribe URL that can be clicked by the member — this will opt the member out of all email notifications in the future.
Can I customize my reminders?
